Sample Session: Better chances and faster reaction after losing the ball
This hand-written sample shows the kind of printable, coach-ready structure Quiet Coach AI is designed to provide. It was not created by a paid generation call.
1. Warmup — Scan, pass, react
10 minutesSetup: 20x20 yard grid, 12 players in pairs, one ball per pair, spare balls outside the grid.
Activity: Pairs move freely. The receiving player checks shoulder, opens body, and plays away from pressure. On the coach call 'loss', both players sprint five yards to counter-press an imaginary loose ball before reconnecting.
Coaching points:- Scan before the ball arrives.
- First touch away from pressure.
- React immediately after a mistake instead of watching.
2. Drill block — Finish after the extra pass
15 minutesSetup: Two 18x14 yard channels facing mini goals. Groups of 5-6 rotate attacker, defender, server, and finisher roles.
Activity: 2v1 to goal. Attackers must create a shot inside eight seconds. Goals count double when the ball carrier draws the defender and slips the pass to a teammate for the finish.
Coaching points:- Drive at the defender to create a real choice.
- Pass when the defender commits, not before.
- Finish with a calm first-time or two-touch action.
3. Game block — Shoot, then counter-press
22 minutesSetup: 40x30 yard field, 6v6 plus goalkeepers or mini goals, two recovery gates near midfield.
Activity: Normal game. When a team shoots and misses or loses the ball, they have five seconds to win it back or force play through a recovery gate. Bonus point for a goal scored within ten seconds of a regain.
Coaching points:- Shots are good, but the next reaction matters.
- Nearest player presses; second player protects the forward pass.
- Recover together instead of chasing alone.
4. Cooldown — Team reset
8 minutesSetup: Light jog, walking stretches, and a small circle near the equipment.
Activity: Players name one better shooting choice and one reaction they can improve after losing the ball.
Coaching points:- Keep feedback short and specific.
- Connect the reflection to the next match moment.
